Name Change

It's official.  The name of St. Mary's Federal Credit Union has been changed to the Byzantine Catholic Federal Credit Union.  The change was initiated last year and the official paperwork finally occurred in February.  The intention is to make this credit union more accessible and congenial to the members, organizations and personnel of the Byzantine parishes.

Web Site

In May, the directors contracted with Mango Bay Internet to design, build and host a web site representing this credit union.  This web site will not only be informative, but will also have some interactive features allowing members and prospective members to calculate loan rates and print out loan and membership application forms.  This marketing tool will help promote the credit union and facilitate the application process.

Marketing

As soon as the marketing plan can be created, it is the director's goal to begin advertising the Byzantine Federal Credit Union among the local Byzantine parishes.
